How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed through our on-line order form. You will receive an order confirmation via email. You may also call to order over the phone at 905.880.3993 or email at info@crunchyleaf.com. For security reasons, please do not send credit card information via email.

Is my credit card information secure on your on-line order form?

Yes. Your credit information and personal data is secure when shopping on the Crunchy Leaf Wood Designs website. Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology which renders information unreadable should anyone attempt to intercept it. To verify your connection is secure, check the bottom of your browser window in your status bar and you should see an unbroken key or a closed lock. That tells you the SSL is active and your information is secure.

What currency is my order billed in?

All prices listed on our website are in Canadian dollars and all orders will be billed in Canadian dollars. Should you reside in a country other than Canada, your credit card company or bank will calculate the actual exchange rate and charge you accordingly.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

What taxes, duties and customs should I be aware of?

Crunchy Leaf Wood Designs is located in Ontario, Canada. An 8% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) will be charged on orders delivered within the province of Ontario. The applicable Canadian Goods and Services Tax (GST/HST) will be added to orders shipped to any destination in Canada: 13% HST to all deliveries made to Nova Scotia, Newfoundland/Labrador and New Brunswick and 5% GST to all remaining provinces/territories.

Shipments outside of Canada may be subject to duties and customs charges by the destination country. Payment of these charges is the responsibility of the recipient.

How is my order shipped?

For shipments within Canada, The Original Ribbon Frames are shipped via FedEx Ground.  This will ensure an economical and timely delivery, typically within 1 to 5 business days from the ship date.  Please refer to our shipping chart for estimated shipping charges (click here).  Actual shipping charges will calculated by Crunchy Leaf Wood Designs and added to your order.  You can expect to receive an email confirming the total charges once your order is placed.

For shipments to the United States, The Original Ribbon Frames are shipped via FedEx International Economy.  This service provides delivery to your door, typically within 2 business days from ship date and includes customs clearance service.  This means you do not need to designate a broker to clear the package.  Any applicable taxes and duties will be billed to the recipient.  Please refer to our shipping chart for estimated shipping charges (click here).  Actual shipping charges will calculated by Crunchy Leaf Wood Designs and added to your order.  You can expect to receive an email confirming the total charges once your order is placed.

Crunchy Leaf Wood Designs will deliver Tackboxes within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) for a delivery charge of $25 CDN. For delivery outside of the GTA, please contact us at 905.880.3993 or email info@crunchyleaf.com.

When will my order ship?

Customer orders are shipped in the order they are received so leadtimes will vary.  Creating quality products is extremely important to us and all products are made-to-order with care and attention to detail.  Please note that your credit card payment will not be processed until just prior to shipment. How is my Original Ribbon Frame or Tackbox finished?

When you order your Original Ribbon Frame you can select from two woods: Maple or Mahogany.
 
The Maple frame will be beautifully finished with three layers of a clear coat. The Mahogany frame will be finished with a dark stain followed by three layers of a clear coat.

Your Tackbox will be finished with three coats of clear coat. 

Will my Original Ribbon Frame require assembly?

Yes, for ease of shipping, your Original Ribbon Frame will arrive requiring some easy assembly. Easy to follow instructions will be included and only a # 3 Philips (starhead) screwdriver will be required.  If at any time during the assembly process you have questions just call or email us for assistance.

What is your return policy?

All Crunchy Leaf Wood Design products are thoroughly inspected prior to packaging to ensure each product adheres to our goal of quality craftsmanship. If your product arrives and there has been an oversight on our part with respect to a product defect, please contact us within 4 days of receipt. Likewise, should your order arrive damaged from shipping, please contact us the day you receive it so that we can correct the problem.

We want our customers to be happy with any products purchased from us. Should you be not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. Please note that personalized orders cannot be returned.

What is your privacy policy?

At Crunchy Leaf Wood Designs, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We will not sell, trade or intentionally disclose the names or private information of our customers. Your contact information will not be used for reasons other than order processing and occasional information updates from our company.
